Hi! I'm Dr. Dawn Browning

Ph.D., plant researcher, breath-centric yoga therapist, aromatherapist, and founder of HolSol Wellness LLC.
I'm a walking paradox. I have one foot firmly rooted in modern science as a researcher studying plant life cycles and the other rooted in the study of ancient wisdom in yoga and Ayurveda.
After years of study, I found a pathway to mindfully living a fulfilling healthy life. My path was transformed through the teachings of yoga and aromatherapy, and more recently through devoted study and practice to become a Certified Teacher of Pranayama in the Gitananda Ashtanga yoga tradition and Level 1 Certified Aromatherapist.
I love my incredible life with Type 1 diabetes. And I'm passionate about supporting curious, responsible seekers on their healing and spiritual journey.

Videos and guided audio practices are hosted on the Thrivecart course platform so you can access them easily and don’t get lost in your inbox. You’ll receive emails every other day to inspire you to practice.
What makes the live round different from the self-paced version?
The live round harnesses the power of collective practice and real-time support. In our private Telegram group, you'll experience each day's practice knowing others are right there with you. You'll have direct access to my guidance, celebrate daily victories together, and find natural accountability in our shared commitment. While the self-paced version provides all the technical elements, the live round adds the subtle but profound energy of community practice.
When do I get access?
As soon as you purchase, you receive two emails – one with Thrivecart Learn login details for course access and a personal welcome from me. You can dive in right away if you wish. The Telegram group will open on Feb 2nd.
How much time do I need to dedicate each day?
The 7-Day Energy Reset is designed for busy professionals. You'll only need about 10 minutes each day to listen to the audio recording and follow the daily ritual. Ideally, you'd create 15-mins each morning and a few minutes to check in on Telegram.

Can I access the materials after the 7 days are over?
Yes, you'll access to all the materials for their lifetime, including the e-book and audio recordings, so you can revisit the practices whenever you need. If the product is ever retired (not anticipated), you will be provided at least 30 days to access and download the materials.
