HolSol Wellness' mission is to help  women self-heal to the degree they are able to through both modern medicine and ancient wisdom.

Our bodies have an incredible capacity for healing when we align with nature. Living with Type 1 diabetes for 37 years (with no long-term complications) has taught me the importance of managing energy, sleep, and overall well-being through holistic practices.

My mission is to educate and inspire you to become an active participant in your own healing. By integrating yoga, aromatherapy, and blood glucose management into daily life, I offer personalized strategies that resonate with your unique lifestyle.

I’m Dr. Dawn Browning, and I help professional women who feel overwhelmed and drained reclaim their energy and achieve lasting balance.

Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at age 16, my relationship with energy changed forever. As I got older, the fatigue and stress of energy mismanagement took its toll until I nearly ended up in the hospital.

Through years of study – getting my Ph.D. and investigating holistic modalities – I found the undeniable link between our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. In 2016, I discovered the benefits of therapeutic yoga and saw how it decreased my emotional burden of diabetes. I wondered whether this could be true for others who deal with stress, anxiety and other chronic illnesses.

Still, everywhere I looked, I saw women from all walks of life striving to do it all but being let down by ineffective, cookie-cutter wellness solutions that didn't factor in emotional and energy management at all. 

This is what I know for sure:

Self-healing is energy management for all women. 

 

That’s exactly why I started HolSol Wellness: to help women discover the personalized pathway to finally feeling good in their body so they can live a fully vibrant and long life. 

Understanding your energy is more than just food choices and medical logistics; it requires emotional, spiritual, and physical support as well using a personalised approach to wellness.

My integrative approach moves you from a state of surviving to living a luminous life, helping you reclaim your energy, heal burnout, and achieve a healthier, more balanced life.

2020: Began study of Gitananda Yoga tradition

2022: Started 500-hr Pranayama Training
