This blend is designed for topical application, making it easy to roll onto tight muscles, stiff necks, and tense shoulders whenever you need relief. It combines three essential oils that work together to support muscle relaxation, circulation, and a sense of ease—whether you’re at your desk or winding down for bed.
Three Essential Oils for Neck Tension Relief & Their Benefits
🌳 Copaiba (Copaifera species) – The Nervous System Soother
- Distilled from the resin of the Copaiba tree, this oil is known for its calming and anti-inflammatory properties.
- Helps relax tight muscles, ease tension, and support the nervous system—perfect for unwinding after a long day.
- Contains β-caryophyllene, a compound that interacts with the body’s natural endocannabinoid system to reduce discomfort and promote relaxation.

DIY Recipe: Neck Relief Roller Blend
✨ What You’ll Need:
✔ 10mL glass roller bottle
✔ Copaiba essential oil – 14 drops
✔ Lavender essential oil – 8 drops
✔ Peppermint essential oil – 6 drops
✔ Carrier oil (almond oil or fractionated coconut oil, about 4g to fill the bottle)
✨ How to Make It:
Step 1: Add the Copaiba, Lavender, and Peppermint essential oils to the roller bottle.
Step 2: Swirl the synergy together in the bottle, allowing the oils to blend together and meld aromas fully before adding the carrier oil.
Step 3: Fill the rest of the bottle with carrier oil, leaving a little space at the top.
Step 4: Secure the roller top, shake gently, and you’re ready to roll on to the skin!
How to Use Your Neck Relief Blend
💆♀️ For Neck & Shoulder Tension Relief:
- Roll onto the back of your neck, shoulders, and upper back whenever you feel tightness.
- Massage gently into the skin and breathe deeply to enhance relaxation.
- The simple act of taking the time to apply the blend or synergy, laying hands on the affected area, and taking a single deep breath can be enough to reset your nervous system response.
🌿 For Headache & Jaw Tension Relief:
- Apply to temples, jawline, and behind your ears for cooling relief. Never apply oils to the the eyes, nose, or ears directly.
- NOTE: IF you do get an essential oil close enough to irritate the eye, flush with an oil – olive oil works – before using water to rinse the eye. Please seek medical attention if burning continues. In most cases, diluting the affected area is sufficient.
- Inhale deeply to support mental clarity and stress relief.

- Roll onto the back of your neck and wrists before bed to release tension and promote deep relaxation.
